JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of the Inventory Specialist position is to provide subject matter expertise and support our internal customers and programs with activities directly related to inventory and logistics in a FAA regulated environment.

 

Pay is $16-18 per hour, and is dependent on experience.

 

JOB DUTIES

  • Verifying traceability paperwork(8130 or CofC)/ packing sheets/ physical quantities.
  • Cycle counting.
  • Creating parts requests.
  • Returning parts/cores as necessary.
  • Navigating and performing accurate transactions in the company's ERP system.
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to cleanliness and 6s standards in inventory storage locations.
  • Supporting local parts pickup and deliveries.
  • Establishing support based relationships with internal Purchasing and Maintenance teams.
  • Shipping - Prepare, package, and stage for pickup or deliver local airline hubs.
  • Other jobs as assigned by Leadership.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two year college degree or comparable work experience.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Physically able to lift at up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to organize and track inventory.
